Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing D.C.'s photography services! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please review her booking policy below: Booking & Payment • A non-refundable retainer fee ($200) is required to secure your session's date and time. This is listed with each service and payable through this website unless otherwise established with the artist. The remaining balance is due upon the receipt of the session's photographs, accompanied by an invoice with the remaining balance. Only digital photographs will be delivered online. No prints or stored photographs (e.g. on flash drives, hard drives, memory cards, CDs, etc.). The client will receive RAW/ARW files and basically retouched pictures using proprietary software (e.g. light adjustment, sharpness, etc.). Advanced photo manipulation is NOT included in the price of the booking. • Sessions are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. Your session is confirmed only after the retainer has been received. Cancellations & Rescheduling • If you need to reschedule, please notify D.C. at least 24 hours in advance of your session's date. One reschedule is allowed without penalty, subject to availability. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will result in forfeiture of the retainer. Late Arrivals • A grace period of 20 minutes is allowed. After that, time will be deducted from your session, or the session may be canceled without a refund. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances • Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled due to severe weather at the photographer’s discretion. • If the photographer must cancel due to an emergency, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.
