For domestic shipping - returns will be accepted within 5 business days of receiving package.

For international shipping - returns will be accepted within 14 business days of receiving package.

Artworks must be undamaged, unopened (if applicable/ the ones bearing seals, for example) and in their original packaging.

Buyer is responsible for the postage costs and shipping fees for returning the art back to D.C.Thomas and these shipping fees will not be included in the refund.

A refund will be made within 5 (five) days of receiving the returned item to the seller.

No cash refunds. A refund shall be made on the card or bank account you used when placed the order.
Domestic Shipping

Standard shipping fees for D.C.Thomas’ products are paid by the artist, only for orders shipped in the Contiguous United States of America - please allow 5 to 7 business days to receive the package, depending on location.

I package my artwork with the greatest care, and ship it via USPS or FedEx, depending on the fragility and weight of the art item.

Once shipped, you will be provided with a Tracking Number.

For International Shipping - please allow about 2 weeks, or even longer, depending on location and the customs of the country you want your order to be shipped to. The customer is responsible for any custom taxes or fees, plus international shipping fees.

Please, contact me if you wish to place an order for international shipping and which artworks you’re interested in for such an order. I will provide you with the additional costs regarding custom fees and international shipping taxes.

Frames or other materials for hanging the artwork are not included with orders. The shipped package will only contain the art item(s) you purchased.

Please, make sure that your shipping address is correct before you check out. I am not responsible for shipping the orders to an incorrect address.

In the case your order is returned because of an incorrect address, buyer is responsible for return shipping costs of sending it again.
Do not place in direct sunlight or fluorescent lighting, nor in an area with toxic fumes, elevated levels of humidity or close to sources of heat.

Do not place the painting outdoors.

Do not smoke near the painting.

Do not place candles near the surface of the painting.

Do not use any solvents or water to clean the painting.

If you wish to display the art in a well sunlit area and want to ensure the preservation of the colors for even a longer time, I suggest having the painting custom framed by including UV protection glass; this might prevent the paints and the colors from fading over time, or be damaged by daylight factors.
